Packaging of bottles - efficient and safe

DIENST uses an established turn over system for bottle packaging applications. Bottles may be gently processed and transported with ultimate efficiency.

Starting process with an upright take-over, bottles are then continuously turned by pivot bucket conveyors. Advertising inserts and/or various items like dosing spoons etc. may be added.

Machine and technology:

Filled and closed bottles are carried by transport chain, then synchronized and arranged by auger. After running in conveyors, upright bottles and corresponding bucket are gently turned over and transported to insertion device.

Centrally adjustable belt conveyor may reach performance values up to 200 folded boxes per minute.  Product safety is achieved by tuck-in closure and hot melt gluing.
