Product banding with sleeves

Product banding with solid board sleeves is a packaging type with high visual impact. Sleeving machine series, repectivly banding machines processing covering boxes, present an innovative packaging conception: Varying types of bins may be covered by sleeve.

Suitable for convenience food in aluminium forms, chicken- or turkey meat in trays, canned fish, yoghurt in PET-cups, ice cream cups  – nearly unlimited  application possibilities.

Obvious advantages of product banding: Cardboard sleeves are easy to print or to stamp on, simply to remove, quick disposal. Fast product and/or format changes are easy to handle. Our modular constructed devices and additional equipment fullfill multipe demands.

Machine and technology:

Two machine type series are available to cover different tasks, providing highest reliabiliy and flexibility. For applications with product banding on/over blank, we recommend machine type HS-IV-S with sidewise insertion unit. For operation modes requiring the sleeve positioned on/over product, our longitudinal sleeving machine type HS II-S is the right packaging solution.
