New: Servo driven vertical-cartoning machine  -  3-zone designed

VertikalkartoniererDIENST develops servo driven vertical cartoning machines in 3-zone-design. This machine type is consequently optimized regarding hygienical standards and ergonomics. Since Dienst follows the philosophy of machines to equip single machine components with electronically linked servo-systems. The extensively open cut construction is the result.

One of the most impressive facts of this machine type is its off-peak-bottom composition under product transportation. This permits immediate soil collection and facilitates machine cleaning.

The electrical part is located in a control cabinet, on top of the transportation. Above picture shows a vertical cartoning machine constructed with 12 inches and an ISHIDA weigher.
