Closing machine for Top-Load folded boxes
Sequence of operation
Filled boxes arrive either continuously or randomly and are automatically timed into the machine, using servo driven infeed devices. After application of adhesive, the top and front flaps are ploughed down using a series of fixed guides. After the carton is turned through 90°, using an adjustable turning device, the side flaps are applied with adhesive, ploughed and closed. Optional coding and labelling machines can be integrated.
Design
All drives and eletronic control components are installed inside a watertight, closed cabinet.
