HK III-ICS: Horizontal cartoner with integrated Individual Carrier System
Functional sequence
Cartons are extracted from the magazine, using a rotary pick off head and placed into the moving carton transport chain. Product arriving from the integrated ICS system, is then loaded into the carton automatically, using a barrel loading device and the carton is then closed, using a series of reciprocating flap kickers and fixed guides.
