Vertical cartoning machine VK IV-S
Automatic top load cartoning machine, designed for automatic erecting, loading and closing of a variety of top load carton types. Available in either intermittent and/or continuous operational modes, this flexible cartoning machine is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Sequence of operation

Cartons are extracted from the magazine, using a rotary pick off head and placed into the moving carton transport chain. Cartons are closed, using a series of reciprocating flap kickers and fixed guides. Optional in-feed systems may be combined for various items and carton closures. Coding and labeling mechanisms can be integrated into the machine.
