Our horizontal cartoning system automates the process of filling and closing pre-glued folding cartons and meets the highest requirements for format diversity, short set-up times and machine availability. The design enables high cycle rates with gentle handling of your products. Individual movement profiles of the servo drives with overload function ensure gentle processing and reduce the risk of production downtimes thanks to permanent data storage and trend analysis of all servo motors.
The machine is sealed airtight and therefore meets the highest hygiene standards. An intuitive user interface with a self-explanatory display makes handling easier, and a fast, fully automated format changeover in under two minutes further optimizes your production process.
Top Load
Versatile solutions for a wide range of packaging requirements
DIENST’s Top Load solutions are designed for erecting, filling and closing trays and boxes of different packaging material qualities and shapes. The blanks are efficiently formed into the desired shape in the erector and guided to the filling position. Filling can be carried out manually, continuously or fully automatically, with our modularized system allowing subsequent extensions.
Our machines are airtight welded for the highest hygiene requirements and have servo drive movement profiles that are gentle on the material. An intuitive user interface with visualization of the function sequence and the storage of settings for simple and reproducible machine changeovers round off the system. Advanced sensors for quality control and network-compatible production monitoring can be integrated to further increase your efficiency.
End of line systems
Packaging solutions for the end of your production line
Our end-of-line solutions process all common carton types such as American cases, wrap-around cartons and trays with or without lids. The fully automated packaging process ensures that your products are efficiently assembled into the desired packaging unit and inserted into machine-opened cartons. After insertion, the outer cartons are reliably sealed and coded if required.
The machines are suitable both as stand-alone solutions and as integrated components within a packaging line. Thanks to airtight sealing, they meet the highest hygiene standards. Material-friendly, format-adapted movement profiles of the servo drives and permanent data storage with trend analysis minimize the risk of production downtime. Optional functions such as robust cold glue protection for worldwide shipping and extended conveyor and transport systems offer additional safety and flexibility.
Customized solutions
Vertical cartoner – Fully automatic packaging
Our vertical cartoning system automates the filling and closing of pre-glued folding cartons in a vertical process. The folding cartons are unfolded by a rotary stacker and inserted into a carrier chain. After bottom-side sealing, the boxes are filled manually or fully automatically using product-specific loading or insertion systems.
Sleeving and Banding
The DIENST banding system automates the banding and sealing processes while meeting the highest process reliability requirements. The blank is placed on the product and transported synchronously while the side flaps of the band are folded and sealed. Multiple folding of the banderoles, sealing with hot melt and coding as required are possible. Individual movement profiles of the servo drives ensure gentle processing.
Decartoning systems
Our decartoning systems are ideal for the horizontal unpacking of products such as butter or similar dimensionally stable items. By using a lifting station, precise cutting tools, a turning device and servomotor-driven product ejectors, we guarantee maximum process reliability with minimum product wear. The unpacked product and the opened carton are ready for further processing at the end of the machine at an ergonomic working height.
